Introduction to Lithium Polymer Batteries

GANDY lithium polymer battery adopts the soft-pack laminated process, which enables rapid charging, high-rate discharging, lighter weight, and an energy density of up to 275wh/kg. Lithium polymer batteries have the advantages of irregular-shaped batteries and can be customized in size and shape. GANDY lithium polymer batteries are widely used in unmanned aerial vehicles, RC remote control models, smart wearable devices, and industrial fields.

High charge-discharge rate
The laminated process demonstrates outstanding performance in terms of power, discharge, and lifecycle.
2. It can achieve 150C pulse, 90C discharge for 2 seconds, 45C continuous discharge, and 5C fast charging.
3. Lithium polymer with high discharge rate can be molded into various shapes and capacities of special-shaped batteries, with a thickness of up to 0.5 millimeters.

Characteristics of Lithium Polymer Batteries
The explosion-proof performance is excellent. The gun will not ignite or explode.
2. Any shape, determined according to the actual product application requirements.
3. Thickness: 0.5 – 8 mm; Width: 6 – 50 mm.
4. Wide operating temperature range: -50℃ to 50℃ or -20℃ to 80℃.
5. Customized or semi-customized shapes, with the option to choose from pre-existing battery models.
6. The test samples can be completed within the shortest 7 days.

BMS & PACK

GANDY’s BMS design is mainly used for lithium batteries and is suitable for intelligent lithium battery packs for unmanned aerial vehicles. It provides safety protection, data statistics and intelligent management for 12-cell lithium battery packs. The product uses an industrial-grade ARM-32-bit processor, combined with a high-precision AFE front-end acquisition chip, to achieve precise measurement and intelligent management of key parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, capacity, and life cycle of each unit.
